The Chorus was created by Alana Cortes, Lead Conversation Designer for Creative Audio AI at Meta and a 10-year veteran of building production conversational AI systems.
Before LLMs existed, Alana was building enterprise IVR systems that handled millions of calls per week for Fortune 500 healthcare companies. She's designed model behavior and agentic systems across Meta's AI products, worked at Google and eBay, and has been systematically solving AI conversation problems since the pre-GPT era.
